My background combines consultative sales, customer success–oriented work, and business ownership. Across these environments, I’ve consistently focused on understanding how customers operate day to day, identifying friction points, and translating products or services into practical outcomes that improve efficiency, performance, and confidence.


 

I’m particularly strong at bridging the gap between technical solutions and non-technical users. Whether onboarding new customers, supporting adoption, or working cross-functionally with internal teams, my approach is grounded in empathy, problem-solving, and a business mindset that prioritises retention, trust, and sustainable growth.


 

Alongside my professional roles, I founded and run Overclock Labs, a technology-focused business centred on performance optimisation and customer education.
